Commercial Web Constructor 3.9 has become an open source – the Open Constructor 3.9

Our own program – Web Constructor 3.9 has become free of charge and received a new name Open Constructor 3.9.

Open Constructor is a system with an open code, written in PHP, designed for programmers (web-design studios, system integrators and for freelancers) who can use it independently and free of charge to construct their own sites.

Open Constructor will be improved both by the company and all the willing people, and the further programming of the Web Constructor will be carried out only inside the company.

The code of Open Constructor is distributed under a license GNU GPL version 2, and the interface of Open Constructor (icons and other graphic elements) and documentation under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License.

As a help to programmers, we have opened the site http://www.openconstructor.org/, where one can download the latest version of Open Constructor, try demo-version of Open Constructor, read a bloc of web-programmers, who use Open Constructor.
